DATA OVERVIEW

This page provides an overview of the product data and related service data that HORIZON makes available in accordance with Article 3 of Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act). The following sections describe the nature, format, and access methods for each data type.

Job Memory

Type	Job Memory
Format	Binary or JSON
Estimated volume	Varies by model and number of memory units used. Typically between 10 KB and 10 MB.
Frequency of data generation	Generated when a new job setting is created, and managed through editing, saving and recalling operations. Data is not generated continuously or in real time.
Storage location	Stored in the internal memory of the product.
Access / Retrieval / Deletion	Users can access, retrieve or initiate the deletion of data on the console panel of the product.

CSV files exported from Horizon Tracking System

Type	Barcodes and logs
Format	CSV
Estimated volume	Varies depending on the total count of barcodes transferred by the binder, stitcher, etc.
Frequency of data generation	Generated continuously while the units (e.g., binder) are running and scanning barcodes on printed sheets.
Storage location	Stored in the Windows PC on which Horizon Tracking System runs.
Access / Retrieval / Deletion	Users can access, export or initiate the deletion of data through Horizon Tracking System.

Type	Device Status Data, Usage Data, Setting Data, Maintenance Data
Format	CSV
Estimated volume	Varies by model and the duration of time the product has been running, and also the data to be uploaded to iCE LiNK.
