iCE LiNK

Frequency of data generation
Data is generated continuously while the product is in operation and is uploaded to the iCE LiNK server via the Edge Service installed on the customer's internal network.
Storage location
Data is stored on iCE LiNK cloud servers located in Europe, North America, and Japan. Data of customers in the EU is stored on servers located in Europe. The storage limit is three (3) years from the start of storage or 10 GB, whichever is reached first. When the limit is exceeded, Horizon may delete the data in order of the oldest storage date. Users can check the storage status on the iCE LiNK screen. For the Enterprise on-premises version, data is stored on the server installed at the customer's site.
Access / Retrieval / Deletion
Users can view data on the iCE LiNK web interface. Data for a specified period can be downloaded at any time as a ZIP file containing CSV files. Users can delete job data and device history data by specifying a period on the Data Usage screen.
