This Horizon Trust Center is intended to distribute the following information to HORIZON customers as required by the Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act). For any information not provided here, users are requested to refer to the Quotations, Proposals, Manuals, and Terms and Conditions, etc. that are furnished through the official distributors of HORIZON.

Q.1. Can I retrieve data from the machines that I am currently using or data stored in iCE LiNK from this site?

A. No. This website is intended to provide the information (‘metadata’) necessary for you to utilise your data. When you need to pull out data generated and accumulated in the machines or the software, please retrieve it from the machinery, or from the PC on which the software is running as referring to the user manuals.
Q.2. Why is my request to download the metadata rejected?

A. This website does not accept free email services (such as gmail.com or outlook.com). Please submit your request using the email address of the organization that you belong to. Furthermore, please note that downloaded materials should only be used within your organization. Requests may be declined even if you use a company email address. In such cases, we kindly ask you to submit your request via the “CONTACT US” page.
Q.3. As I took the Job Memory data out from the machine, it was in binary format, and the contents are not human understandable. How can I utilise this data?

A. Depending on the machine model, exported Job Memory data may be in binary format. If you require conversion to text format, please submit a request via the “CONTACT US” page, attaching the relevant files.
Q.4. Do I have to enter my company name and email address?

A. Yes, you do. The disclosed information in this website contains HORIZON's proprietary know-how and is not intended for distribution to the general public. Hence, HORIZON has to know about each recipient's identity. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter. Personal information of customers submitted to this website will not be used for sales activities such as product promotions or event invitations.
